This cult is organized as a pyramid scheme, if a female member wants to move up the ranks (the lone male member is already at the top) she must recruit more sex slaves for the cult. They do this by presenting the cult as a self-help sorority, then black mail members to keep them in slavery. The slaves are branded with the master’s initials but are told it represents one of the four elements and are forced to provide “acts of care” for higher ranking females.
